NowSecure, the leader in mobile security solutions, announced today that its CEO and co-founder, Andrew Hoog, a mobile forensics and security expert, will present his “Mobile Incident Response Playbook for Android and iOS” at one of the world’s largest cyber security tradeshows, RSA Conference. Due to strong demand and interest in this hot-button issue, RSA Conference organizers requested that Hoog host an encore session.

“Mobile devices and apps transmit and store sensitive information, making them valuable targets. Many organizations have a crisis plan but most fail to account for the nuances of a mobile compromise, putting the enterprise and their customers at risk,” said Andrew Hoog, CEO and co-founder of NowSecure. “Mobile incident response requires specialized skills, software, and methods. Security and IT leaders that prepare their teams to respond to these incidents will save their organizations time, money, customers, and stress.”

Since 2009, NowSecure has helped enterprises and government entities respond to mobile security incidents and prepare for them with proactive mobile threat assessment services. Hoog’s “Mobile Incident Response Playbook for Android and iOS”presentations at RSA in San Francisco on March 1 at 1:10 p.m. and then again on March 2 at 9:10 a.m. will cover the challenges mobile presents to incident response planning. He will also provide attendees the building blocks needed to craft an effective mobile incident response plan. Hoog is also set to offer multiple two-day training sessions titled ïMobile Incident Response: IR for Android and iOSÍ at Black Hat USA taking place in Las Vegas from July 30 to Aug. 4.

Hoog’s appearances at RSA and Black Hat come ahead of the release of his third open-source book titled, Incident Response for Android and iOS.” The book will be the go-to resource for enterprise organizations, large and small, when planning effective responses to critical, and potentially damaging, mobile security events.

About NowSecure

NowSecure helps enterprises secure and govern AI risk inside mobile apps. As AI enters apps through generated code, agentic workflows, embedded SDKs, third-party models and opaque dependencies, security and risk teams need proof of what shipped apps actually contain and what data they move. NowSecure analyzes mobile app binaries and runtime behavior on real devices to surface hidden AI, map data flows, validate third-party components and produce evidence for remediation, compliance and governance. The result is mobile AI visibility that generic device, cloud, application security and AI governance tools cannot fully provide.
