Black Hat 2026 Terms and Conditions

*Eligibility. To be eligible for this incentive, participants must (a) hold an active role within IT, security, risk, compliance, endpoint management, mobile application security, application development, procurement, or another function responsible for evaluating, approving, purchasing, or managing third-party mobile applications or mobile application security testing at their organization, and (b) be actively involved in, or able to influence, the purchasing or evaluation process for enterprise mobile security solutions.

This offer is intended for corporate decision-makers and evaluators only and is not open to individual consumers, students, media/press, NowSecure employees or contractors, or employees of competing mobile security vendors. This offer is open to both prospective and existing NowSecure customers evaluating a new, renewal, or expansion engagement. No purchase of any NowSecure product or service is required to participate. Participants must provide valid business contact information.

Final eligibility determinations and incentive fulfillment remain at the sole discretion of NowSecure.

  1. The Offer. Individuals who (a) meet the eligibility criteria above, (b) schedule a meeting with NowSecure in advance of or during Black Hat USA 2026, August 1–6, 2026, and (c) complete a minimum fifteen (15) minute meeting with a NowSecure representative at the NowSecure booth, will receive a three-month Claude Pro subscription gift, approximate value $60 USD, as a thank-you, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This offer is available only for qualifying meetings held during Black Hat USA 2026, August 1–6, 2026.
  2. Verification. Completion of the qualifying meeting is verified solely by NowSecure staff at the booth. Meetings that do not occur, are cut short of 15 minutes, or cannot be verified by NowSecure are not eligible.
  3. Redemption. Eligible recipients will receive a Claude Pro gift redemption link by email within 48 hours after their qualifying meeting has been completed and verified by NowSecure. The gift must be redeemed at claude.ai in accordance with Anthropic’s then-current terms and gift redemption policy, including any applicable redemption window. Recipients are responsible for creating or using a Claude/Anthropic account to redeem the gift. NowSecure has no control over, and is not responsible for, Anthropic’s redemption process, account requirements, product availability, or subscription terms.
  4. One Per Person. Limit one (1) incentive per person, regardless of the number of qualifying meetings or NowSecure events attended during the promotional period. Not valid in combination with any other NowSecure promotional offer.
  5. Exclusions; Gift and Ethics Policies. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law or by a recipient’s employer, government agency, procurement, compliance, or professional ethics policies. Recipients are solely responsible for confirming that acceptance of this incentive complies with their own organization’s gift, ethics, procurement, and compliance policies before redeeming. NowSecure reserves the right to withhold or rescind the incentive from any individual it determines, in its sole discretion, may be restricted from accepting it, including government employees and employees of regulated entities subject to gift-acceptance limits.
  6. No Cash Value. The incentive has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and is non-transferable. NowSecure reserves the right to substitute an incentive of comparable value if the stated incentive becomes unavailable.
  7. Taxes. Any tax liability arising from receipt of this incentive is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  8. Not a Bribe or Kickback. This incentive is offered solely as a thank-you for time spent with NowSecure and is not intended to induce, and shall not be construed as inducing, any purchasing decision, nor as a bribe, kickback, or improper inducement of any kind.
  9. Third-Party Trademarks. Claude and Claude Pro are trademarks of Anthropic PBC. This promotion is administered solely by NowSecure and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Anthropic.
  10. Modification or Cancellation. NowSecure reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
  11. Anti-Abuse. NowSecure reserves the right to deny fulfillment where it reasonably believes a participant has attempted to circumvent these Terms & Conditions, misrepresent eligibility, or otherwise abuse the promotion.
  12. Sole Discretion. All eligibility, verification, and fulfillment determinations under this promotion are made at NowSecure’s sole discretion and are final.
