Mobile Forensics Challenges on iOS & Android

Presented on August 19, 2013

Over the past decade mobile phones have enjoyed a rapid rise in both personal and consumer use. Coupled with their technological advancements, extracting data from these phones has become a focal point of many investigations.

Data extraction from these devices can be challenging, at best, however. Fragmentation in operating systems, devices, connection types, and more create an ever evolving and shifting landscape for analysts.
