The Mobile Gap in Your PQC Plan

Date Wednesday, October 21, 2026
Time 1 p.m. ET
Duration 45 Minutes

Post-quantum cryptography has moved from research to rollout. The first NIST standards are final, Apple, Google, and major cloud providers are shipping support, and governments in the US, EU, and UK now expect organizations to start by inventorying their cryptography.

Most of those inventories begin with the network, PKI, and core services. Mobile apps come later, if at all, and they’re harder to see. The cryptography in a shipped iOS or Android app depends on SDKs, native libraries, OS versions, and what the server negotiates at runtime.

Join Scott Cogan, Katie Bochnowski, and Michael Krueger from NowSecure for a round table on where the PQC market stands today, five common myths, and where to start with mobile.

Who should attend:

CISOs, security architects, and AppSec leaders responsible for PQC planning, plus risk, compliance, and mobile engineering leaders who need to know where mobile apps fit.

What you’ll learn:

  • Where post-quantum cryptography stands today, and what US, EU, and UK guidance expects organizations to do first
  • Why mobile apps are harder to inventory than other applications, and which ones to look at first
  • Five common PQC myths, including why a PQC library in your app doesn't mean it's protected
